Delivery
Evolve Neuro will cover all reasonable costs of delivery for physical products and services. Delivery times and methods will be confirmed upon purchase or booking. For digital products, access will be provided promptly following successful payment.
Order Confirmation
Once your order or booking is confirmed, a contract is established between Evolve Neuro and the customer. This includes agreement on the product or service details, delivery method, and any specific requirements.
Payment Terms
For all services, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the delivery date or service commencement.
For digital or physical products, payment is required upfront to complete the order.
Cancellation Policy
For Services:
- Client Cancellation:
- If you cancel more than 30 days before the service date, you will receive a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made 10-30 days before the service date will incur a charge of 50% of the total service fee.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before the service date will incur a 100% charge of the total service fee.
- Cancellation by Evolve Neuro:
- If we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit, and we will work with you to reschedule.
For Products:
- Digital and physical product purchases are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed, unless the product is defective or not as described. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a service, please contact us as early as possible. Any rescheduling within 14 days of the scheduled date may incur additional charges due to preparation costs or logistical adjustments.
This policy ensures fairness and flexibility while protecting both parties from potential losses related to cancellations or last-minute changes.
